Terms & Conditions
1. Resident Code of Conduct
- No Alcohol/Substances: Consumption or possession of alcohol and illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Visitor Policy: Male visitors are allowed only in common areas. Female visitors are not permitted in the residential blocks. No overnight guests allowed.
- Quiet Hours: Residents must maintain silence between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
2. Rent Payment
Rent must be paid by the 5th of every month. A late fee of ₹100 per day applies thereafter.
3. Lock-in Period
There is Zero Lock-in Period. Residents can vacate at any time provided they give the mandatory notice period.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Security Deposit Refund
The security deposit is 100% refundable subject to the following conditions:
- A mandatory 1-month notice must be given before vacating on our App.
- If notice is not given, deposit will not be refunded.
- The room must be handed over in the same condition as allocated. Damages will be deducted from the deposit.
2. Booking Token
Token amounts paid to reserve a bed are non-refundable.
